Due to the perishable nature of our products, our policy states that all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the incorrect items, we will gladly work with you to find a solution.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately. To be eligible for a replacement or a refund, you must:
- Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery time.
- Provide your order number.
- Include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items and their packaging.
Claims submitted after this 24-hour period may not be honored.
How to Initiate a Claim
To report a damaged or incorrect order, please send an email to freedomlifewellness@gmail.com with the required information listed above. Our team will review your claim on a case-by-case basis and, if approved, will process a replacement or refund for the affected items.
Shipping Delays
Please note that once your package is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any delays in delivery. We are also not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are perishable, we do not accept any returns. Please ensure your order is correct before completing your purchase.
